"Bearable Lightness" Art Structure - Fort Bonifacio Global City Tourist Spot - Part 6

"Bearable Lightness" by Reg Yuson and Ronaldo Achacoso

This art is quite unique because I was wondering how the whole body can stand in balance wherein the support is just on one side. Another wonderful spot to enjoy inside the Bonifacio High Street.

To view the art display I found in art exhibit similar to this structure, visit "Bearable Lightness" Fort Bonifacio Global City Art Part 6.

"Bearable Lightness" Fort Bonifacio Global City Art - Part 6

The art display shown above was the sixth display I found in the "Passionfest" art exhibit at Bonifacio High Street.

Note: You may notice the title difference in the notes of the art. Well I was not sure if this is just a typographical error from the group who exhibit the art. But I followed the title of the art from the art structure I saw at Bonifacio High Street. To understand what I mean, please see the art structure counter of this art model in "Bearable Lightness" Art Structure - Fort Bonifacio Global City Tourist Spot - Part 6.

"Hearsay" Art Structure - Fort Bonifacio Global City Tourist Spot - Part 5

The photos above shows the art entitled "Hearsay", the name itself shows that the art structure is being used for communication. During the time that I was trying to capture these photos ,I had dealt with other visitors especially the children. This art structure had never been alone. I never got a chance to take a photo of it without kids playing on it. The pipe structure use to communicate with the other people at the other end of the pipe. Well, I actually tried to say something on the other side and there will be echo at the other end (its fun though). What a very creative and imaginative mind that the artist have to come-up with this kind of idea. This art is another creation of Reg Yuson. I captured this photo last April 25. The art structure can still be found inside Bonifacio High Street.

To see the art model of this art structure which now one of the tourist spot in Fort Bonifacio Global City, please see "Hearsay" Fort Bonifacio Global City Art - Part 5.

"Tinstaej#85" Art Structure - Fort Bonifacio Global City Tourist Spot - Part 4 (Silhouette Of A Teddy Bear)

"Tinstaej#85" - Art by Conrado Velasco

I saw animals in this park such a puppies and dogs which brought by people who walk around the Bonifacio High Street but I never had a chance to take picture with them. And because of that I used this silhouette of a bear as part of Camera Critters photo meme. I am not sure if I abide the rules given by this photo meme (I hope I am) just in different way.

These photos are still part of my collection of Bonifacio High Street.

"Tinstaej#85" - Fort Bonifacio Global City Art - Part 4

A silhouette of a teddy bear shows in this art but it has a deeper meaning. Based from notes, "The color blue intimates to city dwellers a pollution-free sky. This art created by Conrado Velasco.

Note: "Tinstaej" means (There Is No Such Thing As Endless Joy)

At 11Th Avenue Facing Bonifacio High Street

This road is 11Th Avenue. Crossing this road is the start of Bonifacio High Street. See the store of famous shoes? Look above this store, there are the clear blue and white clouds in the sky.

"The Trees" art by Reynato Paz Contreras

This is the third art display I found in art exhibit in Bonifacio High Street. The message are very clear - trees and mother earth.

"Presence" Art Structure - Fort Bonifacio Global City Tourist Spot - Part 1

"Presence" by Reg Yuson - art structure at the ground.
Now a tourist spot inside Bonifacio High Street

Notes displayed at the ground near the "Presence" structure

These floor mounted chimes generates sound. But I never tried to touch them because when I see the structure for real, I saw it was surround by big rope which means visitor will not go beyond it and for me this means that no one should touch them too and because of that I have no idea what the sounds like for these chimes.

To view the art model of this structure. Please see the link "Presence" - Fort Bonifacio Global City Art - Part 1

The photos above (1st and 2nd) are the small version of the art entitled "Presence" by Reg Yuson (Filipino Sculptor) which represents the "platoon formation" and this art refers to Fort Bonifacio's history for being a military facility (please see the notes accompanied by the art).

The following photos were captured last April 25, 2009 during "Passionfest at Bonifacio Global City" in Bonifacio High Street.

This is one of the art I found in the art exhibit in Bonifacio High Street. To view the counterpart structure of this art which is now part of tourist spot in Fort Bonifacio Global City, please see the link "Presence" Art Structure - Fort Bonifacio Global City Tourist Spot Part 1.

Art Exhibit At Bonifacio High Street

My plan that day was just to walk along Bonifacio High Street to take some photos of the park, but while walking along Bonifacio High Street, I was lucky because there is ongoing art exhibit. When I did take a look on the arts showed, I was surprised because the arts are familiar to me. The art exhibit features the arts which resembles most of the structures built within this park and when I saw it I was really amazed.

This will be an introduction for the next coming post exhibiting the structures that can be found inside Bonifacio High Street.

My World Tuesday

A Child In Red...So Innocent

It seems I got another photo with the subject of human again...c",)

Well I was lucky because I found this one. I had some hard times to look for a photo with red colors from my collections of Bonifacio High Street. I have other photos but the color seems to be red orange and I am not sure if it will pass the rules for Ruby Tuesday photo meme.

I capture this photo because I was curious what this kid plan to do. But I waited for few minutes and he just stand there looking to his family. I hope his family will not be furious with me by taking this snapshot without their permission. This photo still part of my Bonifacio High Street collection to align to my own photo theme of the week.

Bonifacio High Street Facade

This is front view of the Bonifacio High Street, obviously showing its name. I just like the combination of colors used here, yellow, orange, pink and violet. Very colorful and looks so refreshing.

Mellow Yellow Monday

The Pathway

This is one of the pathway I captured which located in the middle of Bonifacio High Street last April 10, 2009

Monochrome Monday

View From Within

I captured this scenery within Bonifacio High Street. Well the sky has majority space in this photo but, what I am trying to emphasize here is the view within Bonifacio High Street.

To enjoy the weekend, please visit Weekend Snapshot.

Little Children With Elder

I just sneaked out this photo when I went to Bonifacio High Street last April 10, 2009. These children are cute. And I just tried to take some photos where the subject is people.

This photo is posted here to align with my theme of the week about Bonifacio High Street and to participate in Photo Hunter with the subject "Walking".

Fountain View With A Perspective

I decided to go for a walk when I capture this photo. I walked along Bonifacio High Street which located at Fort Bonifacio Global City. Fort Bonifacio Global City is not a city, the place just named including the city because this location are being develop for business centers, offices, residential and leisure parks. One of the leisure parks in this place is Bonifacio High Street. This place has all combinations of little park, restaurants, boutique and other stores. This place is just nearby the place where I work, its like 10 minutes walk. This photo was shot last April 25, 2009.
