Banaue Rice Terraces

These are the photos I captured when the group arrived the night before at Patyay after descending the summit of Mount Amuyao. This was the time wherein I was up close and personal with Banaue Rice Terraces. Photos are still part of my Mount Amuyao Climb Collection last October 2009.

At Mount Amuyao Summit

Above photos shows us what amazing view we discovered while enjoying our time in the summit of Mount Amuyao, one of the highest mountain in Cordillera mountain ranges. With this moment, inner peace within myself realized that the world we have offers this kind of beauty. Beauty in nature re-energize our exhausted mind and body caused by the life we endure in the city.

Mountain Trail Road View

These photos above were some snapshots that I had while inside the jeepney on our way to the jump-off area of Mount Amuyao in Barlig. I can say that the road to Barlig is one of the best road I passed by because I can see lots of mountains while traveling in this road. Very different from what I used to see while living in the city.

Famous Banaue Rice Terraces From Viewing Deck

After we had breakfast, we passed one of the viewing deck of famous Banaue Rice Terraces while on our way to Barlig before we hit the jump off area. The group spent time in this place since this is one of the great place to take pictures together with the amazing terraces. From this place, the amazement that I have while viewing simple terraces at Las Vegas Lodge Banaue to this place become greater since I felt at that time that I am nearer in one of the greatest tourist spot in my country. The feeling was ecstatic. The photos above are still part of Mount Amuyao Climb collection which happened last Oct 2009.

Wonderful River Near From Wawa Dam

Photos above was captured at the part of the river before Wawa Dam

Photos captured above were shot after we passed the  Wawa Dam area.

From the rocky part of the river which located just after the wawa dam water falls

The photos above were captured before the Ondoy typhoon (a 2009 typhoon that destroy lots of homes in major cities in Metro Manila and brought highest and widest floods in National Capital Region and other nearby provices in my country). Photos capture September 19, 2010. These photos were probably different right now if you come back. Like the wooden bridge that I saw and posted "Bridge to Veranda - One Of Place For Rappelling and Rock Climbing" which was destroyed and different right now.

Between Twin Mountain There Is Wawa Dam And River

The photos above were giving emphasis in the two small mountains that put the scenic river in between, this is really a different view for me because it shows uniqueness of the nature that I found in Wawa Montalban. Photos are still part of my Wawa Montalban photo collections.

Taal Volcano In The Middle Of The Lake

The above photos captured before darkness after reaching the summit of Mount Maculot last June 13, 2009. These were taken when I tried to view the rocky part of Mount Maculot which I will showcase in another day.

The photos above were captured last June 14, 2009 during the time we raised the Philippines Flag in the rockies of Mount Maculot as part in Independence Day Celebration.

The mountain part that can be seen here is the Taal Volcano lie in the middle of the lake.
